Conducting a Mid-term evaluation of the Phase IV of the multi-donor regional Economic Policy Management Program. The assignment involved designing, conducting and managing the evaluation from the beginning to the end. This evaluation was on a program that was designed to improve public sector policy management capacity in Africa.
