The objective of the assignment is to development a National Secondary School Construction strategy for Uganda. The assignment is coordinated by and managed by Empower Consults and Professor Basheka is the Team Leader and Strategy specialist. The assignment involves conducting a situational analysis, engaging stakeholders in the four regions of the country, undertaking literature synthesis and developing a strategy for Secondary School Construction.
