The Objective
The assignment involved conducting an evaluation of Uganda’s National Development plan (2010) on the theme of democracy and political governance. The assignment involved assessing the relevance of the plan, the efficiency, the effectiveness, the impact and drew lessons and recommendations for informing the new strategic plan.
