The end term Evaluation was planned with a purpose of; generating an understanding of the SP effectiveness in achieving its set objectives. The evaluation is also intended to generate information on achievements in terms of goals, outcomes and outputs based on logframe indicators, accomplishments of program activities, quality of structures, services and cost effectiveness of services.
