The assignment involved describing the nature of the different strategic partnerships and their contribution to DGF’s objectives and the SP’s Objectives, assessed the strengths and weaknesses of the Strategic Partnerships; assessed the financial and programme modalities DGF adopted to support strategic partnerships, with a purposeful intention of informing the design of DGF II.
