Objectives of the Assignment
The assignment involved providing technical expertise on the development of the five-year strategic plan for the proposed Specialised Nurses and Midwives University in Uganda. The assignment involves advising the Union on the required legal procedures of operationalising the University. The assignment also involves professional advise on the policy documents and structures which will be needed before submitting an application for a letter of interim authority to NCHE.
